CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
We assist our customer’s projects right from the start through feasibility and conceptual design. In this stage we pay special consideration to phasing and strategic planning according to the client expect growth or investments plans while preparing design for future expansion.

 

 

 

 

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT   With a clear understanding of interests, needs and concerns of our customer’s projects, we support our customer’s project development and approval efforts with a range of services including:

 

 

 

Site investigation and documentation visits.
Technical assistance on interviews of railroad officials with clients, government and other agencies or companies involved in the project.
Preparation of assessment reports, development and/or implementation strategies pursuant to project advancement.
Prepare presentation materials as well as provide technical assistance during project presentations to non technical audiences.

STUDIES:

Surveying: We conduct surveying studies with electronic high precision equipment such as Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and automated total stations. Our services include: Boundary check and legal plans, terrain modeling (contours) and visible or existing utility maps. .

 

 

 

Geotechnical / Soil Mechanics: Along the years have reached agreements and strategic alliances with specialized geotechnical labs in several locations within Mexico. Geotechnical, load capacity, pavement structure design and earthwork stability studies are provided as a part of the full design package for our project customers.

 

 

Hydrology / Drainage: Our hydrology / drainage team is equipped with GIS and traditional cartographic and/or modeling to perform hydrologic and drainage studies. Our services include watershed, river and storm analysis, flood scenarios and hydraulic design of drainage structures.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL We believe in environmentally responsible design therefore we offer solutions to not only meet our customer’s technical needs but to provide them with the insight to anticipate their project environmental issues by providing risk, feasibility and environmental impact statements according to Mexico Regulations.
